The Factory Track Win Studio Client, also known as the Smart Client or Click-Once client is being retired from multi-tennant Factory Track.
If you have maintenance for Factory Track, you should have received a notification email from Infor detailing why this is happening.
As of the end of October 2022 maintenance window, the Win Studio Client will be no longer offered for use.
Between now and then, you need to look to start transitioning your users over to the Web Client.
