Fever-Tree
Company growth supported by new ERP system. Fever-Tree is a company that has grown rapidly. The company were utilising multiple systems and spreadsheets to manage what was a £100m+ turnover organisation and found that there were silos of information around the business. They could not easily obtain a single version of the truth or a 360° view of their organisation.
Buoyant Upholstery
ERP System Selection. Having taken over the business as part of an MBO, Buoyant management recognised the risks and therefore decided to undergo an ERP system selection project. The new system had to handle all facets of the business from product design and change management, planning through to product configuration of orders, scheduling of shop floor on “make to order” basis, dispatch/transport planning, handling of customer issues and accounts.
Viking River Cruises
ERP Selection Project. Viking River Cruises is a market-leading river cruise operator, boasting a fleet of 37 vessels with plans of doubling that figure over the next few years. Due in part to that phenomenal growth the decision was made to find a solution that could cater to their unique set of requirements.

They looked for a partner to help them manage their system improvement projects which would eventually spread across three continents.
Lebus Upholstery
Gradient support Lebus in selecting a new ERP system. With their management team highly focussed on process improvements, it was identified that their business systems, consisting of bespoke manufacturing packages alongside a second application for financial accounts and payroll and a variety of spreadsheets, were holding back progress. It was decided that a new ERP system would help support growth in a market of increasing product complexity.
Case Study: Egbert Taylor
Taylor get ERP implementation support from Gradient. Taylor had been working on an implementation of Infor’s CloudSuite for several months. The objective was to replace a diverse range of legacy systems with a single ERP package. As the planned go-live date approached, there was an increasing concern and outside support was sought.
